Thanks for the forum post, we're happy to help. The most recent release for PaymentsJS is 1.0.2. This version of PaymentsJS only has the ability to create tokens and then use them to process Sale and Authorization requests. We do expect to expand vault token functionality within PaymentsJS to include updating tokens, but do not currently have a timeline for this feature. In the meantime the simplest option is to use PaymentsJS to create a new token with the updated cardholder data. Then you'll just need to update the token associated with that cardholder's account within your solution.
Another solution is to subscribe to our Account Updater service. This is a paid service that will update existing cards stored within the vault service and recurring payments. You can read up on the details of this service within these 3 articles on our knowledgebase.
